How does filling an ash pendant work?

Each Silverleven ash pendant has a discreet screw or screw cap. This allows you to fill the pendant yourself. We recommend using the Memoria™ filling set + jewelry box bundle – with a funnel and needle – for easy and safe transfer of the ashes.

What exactly is an ash pendant?

An ash pendant is a piece of jewelry in which you can store a small amount of ashes of a deceased loved one. It is a tangible memory that you carry close to you, literally and symbolically.

Can I also keep something other than ashes?

Yes, definitely. Many customers also keep a lock of hair, a piece of fabric, perfume oil or a mini note. Anything with personal meaning will do – as long as it is small enough.

Are the chains/necklaces included with the ash pendants?

Yes, with most ash pendants you will temporarily receive a free chain worth €19.95. This chain is stylish, nickel-free and fits perfectly with the pendant.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

All jewelry is shipped the same day from our luxury studio abroad. Expect a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days - made with care, delivered with care.

What if I still want to return the product?

No problem. At Silverleven you have a 30-day reflection period. As long as the jewelry is unfilled, unworn and in its original condition, you can easily return it for free.

Does the pendant come in a gift box?
